Eh, hard to get worked up over the vaccine scandal in China

On July 27, 2018, the Editorial Board of The Wall Street Journal published an article titled “China’s Vaccine Scandal: Children get phony protection but officials aren’t held accountable.” I couldn’t help thinking about the broader, infinitely more tragic scandal pertaining to vaccines—the fact that they are given at all. And the issue isn’t that children are getting “phony protection” and officials aren’t held accountable but rather that children are being harmed and officials aren’t being prosecuted.
