Storytellers

I love myth. (Yes, I am a hopeless Trekkie and Harry Potter buff.) Myth often speaks truth, deep truth, Plus, myth is often infinitely more interesting than fact. Except, of course, when it comes to my health and the health of those I care about. I find the myths behind mainstream vaccine science to be fascinating. I never cease to be amazed at how the history, science and logic behind vaccines have been utterly and cleverly twisted and corrupted. Hugely entertaining… in a sick sort of way. The myths that have arisen from these distortions are the stuff of legend, fairytale. Truly epic. But never mistake this for factual truth, legitimate science. Also, never mistake the storytellers behind these myths as anything more than entertaining (yes, in a sick sort of way) storytellers.

  1. Absolutely! I never thought that I would witness the power of Myth at work, but now that I see it regarding vaccines I am seeing it everywhere – in many of our modern societies beliefs, for example, the belief that government is trustworthy.
