The crazy crazy thing

The crazy crazy thing is that, before a paradigm shift occurs, those who struggle and fight for the shift are considered lunatics, quacks and troublemakers. Think of Galileo. Our Founding Fathers. Martin Luther King, Jr. Then, suddenly, after the shift takes place, these lunatics, quacks and troublemakers begin to be thought of as geniuses, visionaries and heroes. Books are written about them. Movies are made. Monuments are built. Same people. Different paradigm. And what about all those people who denigrated the lunatics, quacks and troublemakers? Oh, it was all just a misunderstanding.

“You may choose to look the other way, but you can never say again that you did not know.” — William Wilberforce
