the happiness mistake

I agree with the life and liberty. I’ve always thought the “happiness” part was rather poorly thought out and ignoble. Happiness is a function of many other things, specifically “peace”. I’ve always wished I could have sat down with Jefferson over a couple of bottles of red wine at Monticello and convinced him to go with “peace” instead.
