I think that Mr. Zelaya has accepted that politics is a dirty game and that in order to play it one has to become dirty or else lose the game. I think no game is worth playing if it requires one to lose their integrity. Besides, once you’ve forfeited your integrity… you really have little else left. As a political leader, the loss of your integrity is usually accompanied with the loss of the public’s confidence and respect of you. So I think you may as well play the game cleanly and let the chips fall where they may.
