The irrelevant OAS

It is interesting to see the evolution in the balance of power between the interim government of Honduras and the OAS. In the days following the ousting of Mr. Zelaya, the OAS was extremely aggressive, arrogant, and demanding. Just over three months later, the tone of Mr. Insulza and the OAS has changed dramatically. The OAS has realized that it severely overplayed its hand from the outset, and I think this body is now looking even weaker and relatively irrelevant than even its reputation suggests.
