The way to change “systems” is to start by changing the way people think, talk, and act. Systems are nothing more than the way people interact with each other. If we want to change the system of government in Honduras, then government leaders and employees and candidates for political office must change the way they think, talk, and act… and so must the rest of us. It is a process that begins from within. People like Mr. Zelaya will come and go. Political candidates and elections will come and go. Foreign assistance will come and go. Honduras will remain the same unless each of us change our respective routines.
