The aristocracy

I get this sense from Mr. Zelaya and his advisers that they claim they are the only ones who sincerely identify and empathize with the plight of the poor and powerless, while at the same time they see themselves as above them. I get this sense from looking at the lifestyles that they lead and the self-righteousness and arrogance that they convey. To me, Mr. Zelaya and at least some of his advisers act more like aristocrats than public servants.
